Reformer Pilates

Our reformer classes are perfect for building strength and flexibility while utilising the resistance from the reformer machine.

These classes ensure you have the correct alignment and will challenge you in new ways with the springs, straps and foot bar.

We’ve a variety of different styles from burn and shakes to slow flow elongation.

Mat Pilates

Ready to feel the burn and love every second of it? Our signature mat Pilates class is the perfect blend of deep muscle work, energising cardio, and feel-good stretching – all designed to sculpt your body from head to toe.

Who's Eryn?

I’m Eryn, the founder of MP Athletic Pilates, a devoted mother, Pilates teacher, and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. With almost a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated myself to nurturing the female body. Combining my love for cardio, strength, and Pilates, I’ve created a unique fusion that offers a transformative fitness experience.

At MP Athletic Pilates, we challenge traditional fitness approaches by tailoring our training specifically for women. We believe in the magic of movement and its positive impact on both physical and mental wellbeing. So, whether you’re a mother or not, our doors are open to all females, regardless of age or background.

My goal is to make the MP experience unlike anything you’ve ever encountered. Our studio is a sanctuary that welcomes and empowers every client.
